Install the Blue Network remote control tool to allow one of our technicians to provide support:
1. Click Here for Windows or Click Here for MacOS 2. “Run” or “Open” the downloaded file and agree to any security pop ups. 3. Wait for the installation to complete. Depending on your internet and computer speed, this may take a few minutes.
After installation is completed one of our technicians will be able to remote in and initiate a chat session with you. Please contact us by email or by phone if you have any problems or concerns.
