Recently, Colonial Pipeline paid a ransom (75 BTC) to ransomware operators. Today we learned that almost the entire amount was recovered.
How? Criminals began to transfer Bitcoins to other accounts, which was controlled by the FBI (possibly intercepted as a result of one of the earlier operations)
